Canada’s rising surf talent made a strong impression at the 2025 Rip Curl GromSearch National Final, held at Atlantic Park in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
The GromSearch Series a cornerstone of youth competitive surfing kicked off in Tofino, British Columbia (May 9–11) before bringing North America’s best young surfers together for the season’s grand finale. This year’s final once again showcased how far Canadian surfing has come, with strong performances and an inspiring display of sportsmanship from our national groms.

A special congratulations goes out to Ocea Green, who claimed the U16 Girls title, earning top honors and continuing to make her mark among North America’s most promising young surfers.
