The ISA World Junior Surfing Championship wrapped up in Peru at the end of 2025, and it was an incredible experience to watch Canada’s next generation of surfers represent the country on the world stage. Canadian surf continues to grow year after year, with stronger representation and rising performances at international events and we couldn’t be more proud.

After finishing 12th in 2024, Team Canada placed 16th overall in 2025, remaining within the top 20 out of 57 competing nations. This consistency highlights the continued development of Canadian youth surfing and the athletes pushing our program forward.

SBC Surf Magazine is proud to support and celebrate these athletes. Notably, Ocea Green delivered standout performances at the event, earning recognition on the ISA leaderboard across multiple categories.
